does the library contain correlation methods like ‘LASSO’ and ‘elastic-net’ and the method ‘nearest shrunken centroid’? I am not a mathematician. I will need them for my bioinformatic thesis so I guess I have to write them in C# myself. That could lead to errors. Otherwise I could implement R with its libraries. Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient, Pearson’s and Kendall’s as well as the log rank are easy to code.
Do you think it would be an advantage to expand the library with a few other methods? Does the libary support ANOVA and a t-test?
